Using the site

You may use the site for personal, educational, and ordinary non-commercial group activities. You are responsible for using the site lawfully and for making sure the content fits your audience, age group, classroom, workplace, or event.

Questions, quizzes, and games

Our questions and games are conversation and entertainment tools. Quiz results are not scientific assessments, medical advice, psychological evaluations, or guarantees about who you are. Do not use them to make high-stakes decisions about health, safety, employment, education, relationships, or finances.

Respect and consent

Room links, display names, answers, and Canvas artwork may be visible to other participants or visitors. Do not use another person's identity, share sensitive information, harass people, upload illegal material, or place personal data on the shared board. You are responsible for anything you submit or share through these features.

You may not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape at an unreasonable rate, bypass safeguards, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use the service to threaten, exploit, defraud, or harm anyone. We may limit or block access when necessary to protect the service or its users.

Content and intellectual property

The site's original questions, writing, designs, branding, code, and generated page content belong to Get To Know You or its licensors and may not be copied, republished, sold, or presented as your own without permission. You keep any rights you already have in material you submit, but you grant us permission to store, display, transmit, and technically process it as needed to operate the feature you used.

Availability and changes

The site is provided as available. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed, and we do not promise that every question, room, vote, result, or Canvas change will always be available or preserved. We may update these terms as the service changes; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
